  2. Network & Connectivity

    • Type of Router Installed

    • Live Line Tested (Is it providing internet?)

    • Is there a Network Switch?

    • If Yes: Is there a Non-Live Port? (Test it)



  3. Power Backup

    • Is there an APC (Battery Backup) Installed?

    • If Yes: How old is it?



  4. Locker System Details

    • Type of Control Board Installed (Yellow or Black)

    • Control Boards Firmware Version



  5. Locker Condition

    • Any Visual Damage to Lockers

    • Are Decals in Good Standing

    • Type of Cameras in Use?

    • Are Cameras Online?



  6. Out of Service Lockers

    • Number of Out of Service Lockers

    • Locker Numbers Out of Service (List Below)



  7. Combination Locks

    • Are all Combination Locks Functional (Code Working)



  8. TEC

    • Is there a TEC installed?

    • Get Photos of Wiring and Settings
